I'm really excited to share this wedding with you all because this is the wedding of one of my dear high school friends, Laurie. When her photographer sent me her wedding, I couldn't have been more thrilled. Laurie and her dear husband had a destination wedding on one of my favorite islands of all time, Maui. And it's fitting that I share this particular wedding with you all because I'll be spending the next few days in Maui!

From the couple: "Having a destination wedding was such an amazing experience and idea. We worked over an 11 month period to make sure that the day was just what we wanted. It was so easy to work will all the girls at simple maui wedding. They are professional, prompt and knowledgable.
Our ceremony started at 5:15 and the weather and sky were just so beautiful. Our ceremony was brief but offered elements of tradition and moments of joyous tears.
We had such a great time taking photos with Karma and Kourtney our wedding coordinator. They had a great way of making us both feel so comfortable. The location offered so many different photo opportunities and backdrops which is what I love most about our wedding photos.
After the photos were done being taken we hopped onto a party bus which took us to the Four Seasons where we had dinner in a private dining room at Duo."

Advice from the couple: "Give yourself lots of time and try to get things done as early on as possible to relive stress. The more you plan ahead the less you have to worry about and the more you can enjoy.
