What a beautiful interpretation of rustic chic weddings by the talented Ever and Anon Photographer. There's so much to love about these wedding photographs! Some moments of love declaration depicted in this wedding are just breathtaking. Our hearts melt when we see such sweet couples grace each other with a foot wash ceremony which is traditional in many European countries such as Italy. There is nothing more humbling than washing the feet of another and allowing your feet to be washed by the one you want to spend the rest of your life with. We sincerely believe it's a beautiful thing to have at your wedding, and it's truly a great way to show your commitment to respect, treasure and serve each other.
We enjoyed the sweet simplicity of this wedding, kisses, smiles and beautiful faces in these photographs. We are happy to be able to share your special moments with our followers and wish this darling couple many many years of happiness!
About their wedding: Our wedding style was rustic chic - definitely perfectly us: a country boy and a city girl coming together! We used a neutral color scheme with a little bit of lavender. Our bridesmaids all picked different dresses in a color scheme that I gave them on a paint swatch. We did a first look before the ceremony and washed each others feet - to commit to serving each other in our marriage like Jesus (John 13). It was such a cool moment just to be together before all of the craziness began and remember what the day was truly all about - we were getting married! One of my favorite moments was walking in to the ceremony. I thought because we did a first look that a lot of the emotion would be taken away from that moment, but it was incredible. I felt like time stopped. Cody bawled - and just knowing that I was walking toward my husband was such a sweet moment. My dad is not a dancer, but shortly after getting engaged we talked about the father/daughter dance and he told me that he would do it, as long as he got to pick the song. When I was meeting with the DJ, I asked him what he had picked and he told me that he wanted it to be a surprise. He loves opera music, so he picked: The Prayer from Les Miserables. A little untraditional - but it meant so much that he chose it for me. Dancing with my dad was definitely one of my favorite parts of the night. I'm definitely a daddy's girl and I will always cherish that moment. One of the most unexpected funny moments was during the garter toss. Our DJ decided to make Cody dance in order to get the opportunity to take the garter off - and I was the judge! Cody doesn't like all the attention on him, but he was a champ - and made every single person die laughing with his dance moves. He is such a goof ball. Lastly, the dance party! It was so much fun to have all of our family and friends together in one place and dance the night away. It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy all the hard work. it was seriously the best day ever and I am so thankful to everyone who made it absolutely perfect!
