From the bride: I (the bride) created most everything by hand from scratch for our wedding. Wow was it a TON of work, but I wouldn't have done it any differently. The cross stitched table numbers, the burlap/garland arch, the homemade jam favors, the photoboot backdrop, the invitations (which included hours of sewing, gluing, screen printing, and more stitching), and most of the decor were all created from the heart to make this day even more special. By far, my favorite moment from our big day was the ceremony, more specifically when everyone was asked up out of their seats to surround Ben and I and put a hand on us while the pastor prayed over us. The feeling of love and support from everyone around us was magnifed. The energy that surrounded us in that moment is what will keep our love strong.
Advice: Take a deep breath! The most beautiful thing at a wedding the love between 2 people, not the dress or the cake or anything in between!
