Today, Ashley Bee Photography brings us this charming Downtown Los Angeles engagement session. This engagement session started in Downtown L.A. and ended in with a picnic in the park. Thank you Ashley, for sharing this session with me!
From Ashley: "Seven {7}… the number of completion. It was 7 years ago when Mike first laid his eyes on Pryscilla. She was radiant, she was beautiful… but they were young. A series of many fortunate events found them to be lobsters… penguins… seahorses… simply put: soul mates. Pryscilla & Mikey (as she so tenderly calls him) are just ADORABLE. Them, plus their sweet little Yorkie, the dashing Killa. That’s right. And I asked, it’s a boy. And yes, I felt stupid. Pryscilla was so excited to put together an e-session that represented who they are and what they liked. They started at the historic Bradbury Building in Los Angeles. We snagged a few right before they closed, then headed out on the town!"
We first meet when I ( Pryscilla) was in 8 th grade and mike a junior in high school. We meet through a mutual friend, however, we didn't begin dating until 5 years later. We would see each other in the small city we lived in, but we both had different friends and dated different people. Then my first year of college I reunited with him when I saw him at a festival I attended near my new home and college area. We were both surprised to see each other and for the whole day we couldn't keep our eyes off each other, however we didn't exchange numbers. About a month later when attending a party in my small home town we ran into each other and we finally exchanged numbers and have been together ever since. In the process about three months of dating each other mike moved closer to the city I was living in. Now 8 years later we continue to live in the same city of Fullerton, California.
The proposal:
Hahaha... We went ring shopping only because I want a specific ring and my wonderful, talented father would be making it for me. I am one hard cookie to surprise, and Mikey sure surprised me. It was his birthday weekend and he decided to gather all out friends for a night of bowling at this beautiful lounge and bowling place. So I had no idea, great way to get our friends together. Once at the lounge we mingled for about an hour and then we decided to all go to the balcony area. Once there Infront of everyone he proposed. (:

Caring, lovable, supportive, just an all around amazing man
About their engagement session:
Our engagement session took place in downtown LA. We wanted to capture the moment of us being ourselves and of course our gorgeous little baby dog Killa. I wanted to be all dressed up because I love doing that and mike really wanted to feature his hat and shoes but still dress up. Then in our picnic setting we incorporated things we love from the snacks to the maganizes.
