From the couple: Our wedding was so special and unique to our love. We planned every part of our wedding together and made choices that represented us. We have 5 ministers in our family including both of our mothers so we asked them all to officiate the ceremony. Oh and what a ceremony it was each minister represented one of the five elements: Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. We choose rituals for each element, for example for fire the two of us invited our 6 year old daughter to light the unity candle uniting us as a family. For water, we used ocean water out of a conch shell to preform a Hawaiian hand washing ritual. For our reception our love of the ocean and surfing shined through with our guestbook being a custom made surfboard and our tables named after our favorite surf breaks. Every moment of our wedding day was memorable and because our photographers Catherine and Luke were so in tune with us we have storybook photos to keep those memories alive forever!
