Alice in Wonderland Engagement Session in Romania by Manu Petra Photography

We've got another amazing session here from the uber talented Manu Petra. This Alice in Wonderland inspired real engagement session is brought to us from Romania. Manu explains all the details of the shoot (and planning) right below. Enjoy!

From Manu: "Nadine & Dan are a great couple. When they first told me that they wanted the theme "Alice in Wonderland" for their engagement session and also for the wedding (May 25th) I was excited. We made a list with props that we needed for the shoot, I printed some vintage clocks that I glue on round cardboard (they look so real in photos, here is the source: http://friendlyscrap.blogspot.com/ ) also printed a few large play cards. The one prop that we couldn't find was the pink flamingo, a big symbol of the theme. So I came up with the idea to order a handmade pink flamingo from my friend Codruta who makes gorgeous toys and it came up better than we expected. Nadine found the big hat on Ebay, the shoot wouldn't have worked without it. I thought Nadine was going to wear a blue dress, but her favorite color is green so she wear a green dress which looked perfect in contrast with her red hair. We had a great time together! We spent more time preparing the decor than the actual shoot. Hope you enjoy."
