Skirball Cultural Center Museum Wedding by Jeremy Chou Photography

What better way to start the week than with this gorgeous and elegant Southern California wedding by Jeremy Chou Photography. I'm really loving the pastel color scheme of this whole wedding. So beautiful!

From Jeremy: Karen & Tim had their beautiful outdoor summer wedding at the Skirball Cultural Center. The lovely couple decided to go with pink pastel as the theme of their wedding, and the details were simply amazing! It was a perfect combination of simple DIY details mixed with high end cake and floral arrangements by some of the top vendors in Los Angeles area. Karen Lee is also a well known makeup artist who did all her bridesmaids and her own hair/make up for the wedding! The couple spoiled each other with many pre-wedding gifts; including a Chanel purse, Christian Louboutin shoes and limited edition Omega watch! Skirball Cultural Center catered a magnificent feast that included Kobe beef sliders and freshly prepared sushi.

Describe the first look:
Karen: When I first saw Tim for our first look, I thought he looked handsome in his suit. I couldn't wait to walk down the aisle and say "I DO" and spend the rest of my life with him. Tim: When I turned around for the first look, I saw my beautiful wife in front of me in her amazing wedding dress. Through the months of going back and forth from Azusa to Los Angeles, and countless fittings, it was well worth all the trouble. The curves of her body are well defined in the dress, the details of the lace are amazing, the way it fit was so perfect. I look at her face and she did a great job of applying just the right amount to enhance her beauty (My wife is the best makeup artist i've ever met). Her skin was soft as silk, her eyes are deep with emotion and happiness, and her bouquet smelled and looked beautiful just like she did.

Favorite moment:
We both agree that are favorite moment from our wedding day was at the sweetheart table. We were able to gaze out and see all of our family and friends together at one place. The people that were there are the only ones that matter at that point. Coming together, as one big family, and celebrating a new journey with us. There are not too many times when family can get together in one place like our wedding day and we treasured every moment of it.
