Oh my.. Words can't express how much I adore this engagement session by Marissa Rodriguez Photography that took place at Summer's Past Farm, an organic farm in Southern California. I nearly squealed as I looked through all the photos. THIS is how engagement sessions should be like. They should be about the couple, the things the like doing. I absolutely love this session and I hope you do too!

From Marissa: Alicia and Andrew are avid gardeners and are very passionate about their organic garden they began before their wedding. Unfortunately their garden wasn't ready for their engagement photos but we found a beautiful, intimate and organic farm where Alicia and Andrew felt right at home.

Their love story:
Andrew and I have know each other for pretty much our whole lifes. Andrew is one of my brothers best friend sence childhood. In 2010 my brother would always invite Andrew and myself and other friends for different events . More and More we all got together , Andrew and I got to know each other for the first time as adults. From then on we have never been apart .


The proposal:
Four months into our relationship we took a vacation with Andrew's family and my mother to Kauai,HI . Two days before our vacation was over Andrew and I walk down to the beautiful beach and there he drop to one knee and ask will you marry me ? I was in total shock that he pop the big question, didnt see that coming. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, there was no question . I said YES! Then we ran back and told everyone our great news.
