ABOUT HER: I am truly a people person as I find such joy and energy in spending time with people and getting to know them. I am a hopeless romantic and lover of life. I love traveling and have been blessed to see a few small corners of our great world from the Alps in Austria to the beaches of the Caribbean. I am married to my high school sweetheart and he is truly the meaning of the term, "better half". I am inspired and encouraged by my husband every day and our faith in Christ is the source of our hope. I live by the Chesapeake Bay and I love the sun, sand, salty air and freshly steamed crabs on newspaper covered tables. I love good food, great wine, a strong cup of coffee, nail polish, love stories, sitcoms, things that sparkle and friends to share it all with!
Photography runs deep through my veins, even if it took being out of college four years before I realized it's what I wanted to be fully committed to as my career and passion. I grew up with walls covered in photographs. Year after year the shelves would become filled with albums of the ordinary and extraordinary things my family had done. It was instilled in me, early on, how important photos are. Not just for those of us who will reminisce about those moments through the images, but for the generations to come who will only have stories and pictures to connect with their past. With every event I photograph, I try to keep this in mind. I love what I do and the people I get to do it with!
DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE: It is a great privilege to photograph the important moments in someone's life and I strive to do that through fresh and creative, real and honest images. I want to capture the unplanned moments while also helping to create organic, authentic moments that will produce timeless images.
